I've been playing tennis all my life. I'm a baseliner. I need to learn how to be an all court player. I'll get there one day though.
I hit the crap out of the ball. I have amazing power. But my dad is telling me not to kill the ball? Hello isn't that what pros do? I'm doing what they do! But my dad is telling me to 'just hit it' and maybe I will score more points. EH?
Doesn't everybody hit it as hard as they can in a match?
If not, then maybe I should rethink my game a little bit.
I get soo annoyed cause my dad thinks he's always right, and like he knows whats best,
for example:
He says I hit it hard to "SHOW OFF" for the crowd. Seriously dad what the ****!? He says I care too much about what people think about me and crap. I PLAY MY OWN GAME. I seriously can't stand it somtimes cause he's always like that! He always thinks he knows whatsup. And it doesnt matter what you tell him to prove him wrong cause he always thinks hes RIGHT. I want to BLOW-UP on him sooo badlyy like all the time! He always has something to say about everything. and then another time, I wanted to get a water kooler for tennis and he's like,"oh just because everyone has one of those doesnt mean you need one. Be yourself and stop caring about what other people think of you"
What the hellll! You see what I'm trying to say???
